Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and WEBISWHATIDO LLC, doing business through PlanASwim ("PlanASwim", "we", "us"), for using planaswim.com. By creating an account or using PlanASwim, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

  • Keep your login safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • A parent or guardian creates and manages accounts for children, and agrees to these terms for them.
  • Coaches may only add people to a roster that they actually coach, and are responsible for having permission to contact them.

Acceptable use

Don't use PlanASwim to:

  • send spam, or messages to people who did not agree to get them;
  • harass anyone, or post content that is unlawful or that you don't have the rights to;
  • break, overload, or get around the limits and security of the service.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own what you create. You give us permission to store, display, and send it as needed to run PlanASwim: for example, showing a public workout or your team website, or emailing an announcement to your roster.

PlanASwim Pro and payments

  • Pro is billed monthly or yearly to the payment method on file until canceled. Canceling keeps Pro through the paid period. Yearly plans are not refunded.
  • Text message points are a one-time purchase, are not refundable once used, and do not expire while your account is open.
  • Prices are shown before you pay. We'll tell you before any price change applies to you.

Text messages

PlanASwim team messages sends text messages from coaches and teams on PlanASwim to people who opted in: practice changes and cancellations, team announcements, meet and event reminders, and account notices.

  • Opting in: add your own mobile number in your account settings or on the Family page, where the wording agreeing to receive texts is shown next to it. We then text the number to say texts are on and how to stop them. A number someone else adds for you is never opted in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies by team, usually a few texts a month.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Stopping: reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from PlanASwim. You'll get one text confirming it. Reply START to opt back in. You can also turn texts off in your account settings.
  • Help: reply HELP to any text, or email support@planaswim.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We only use your number for these messages, and never share it for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

PlanASwim is provided "as is". Workouts, estimates, and generated content are suggestions; swim within your abilities and follow your coach and lifeguards. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms. Paid features that end never remove your free PlanASwim data.
